Full-Time · $20-35/hour plus spiffs and commission
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 3 to 5 years of residential and light commercial service experience. We are looking for a dependable technician who can diagnose problems, make quality repairs, communicate honestly with customers, and complete service calls with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Perform maintenance inspections
- Service light commercial and rooftop equipment
- Explain repair options clearly and honestly
- Complete invoices, paperwork, and job notes accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
- Participate in the on-call rotation
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Dependable, honest, and customer-focused

Full-Time · $17-35/hour based on experience
Excel Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Greenwood. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in doing the job correctly, works well with others, and can complete residential installations efficiently without sacrificing quality.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience installing residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Ability to complete system replacements and new-construction installations
- Knowledge of ductwork, refrigerant piping, venting, gas piping, electrical connections, and system startup
- Ability to read installation instructions, job specifications, and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- EPA certification preferred

Full-Time · $17-35/hour based on experience
Excel Heating and Air Conditioning is growing our plumbing division and is looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber who can perform residential service work and assist with new construction projects.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, valves, and piping
- Provide clear repair and replacement options
- Complete plumbing work for residential new construction
- Perform rough-ins, underground plumbing, gas piping, and finish work
- Read blueprints and follow local plumbing codes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
What We Are Looking For
- Valid Indiana plumbing license
- Residential service and new construction experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable, ethical, and committed to doing the job correctly
