The technician was very knowledgeable and went straight to work. My only other experience with an HVAC system company i felt was doing a good enough job but I was recommended Excel and first impressions was what the crap have I been missing. The details the breakdown of the services really helped me understand what was working good, working ok, and what might be a problem in the future. And, the absolute best part he didn't once bring up any current deals on replacing the entire system. I understand these technicians are probably required to mention deals on upgrades but he only brought the subject up when I enquired about the cost of a new system. Its a very refreshing feeling when you don't feel bombarded with a memorized script that doesn't take into account each customers situation. Sorry for the long winded response but overall pleasantly surprised and will definitely us Excel again and would highly recommend. Glenn

We needed a new furnace and AC. I have worked with Excel for over 20 years and have always had fantastic service. Today’s installation was no exception. A crew of three showed up on time, got right to work, first insuring that all carpeting was protected, then right to the tear down and install. All three worked non-stop and did a nice, clean install answering all questions we had with courtesy. I recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Derek came out for a maintenance check. He was very professional, kind, honest, and personable. He went above and beyond to help our needs and made sure we were comfortable as well. He also informed us of everything he was doing so that we knew and understood. I would highly recommend him.

Larry, the owner, personally come out to give a second opinion on our HVAC system. Peterman Brothers had quoted us with 7,000 dollars in repairs or 11,000 for the most basic Good Man unit. Larry did a through inspection of our current unit and did not find any issues! He cleaned the flame sensor and showed me how to read the error codes. He also took the time to clean off the AC coil to find a leak. Peterman brothers didn't bother and just quoted us 2,800 for a new coil. Larry also said our unit should last for another 3 years. Peterman Brothers said the current unit was done. We will be switching over to Excel for our heating and AC needs!

I had a great experience with Excel heating and air conditioning. Derrrick was very helpful checking my furnace during my 6 month check up. He took his time and explained what he was doing. He went over and above finding a chirping noise in my garage that was not related to my furnace at all. Excellent company to use for maintenance plan and purchasing a new furnace.

Matt and Eli were at the house today cleaning the ducts. They did an excellent job and worked all day. We have used Excel for years and have always had great service.

Excel did an amazing job replacing our water heater and installing all new HVAC (furnace, compressor, evaporator, running new refrigerant lines). I was impressed with the craftsmanship of the work and the timely completion of the project. Looks and works great. Will be using them again if anything comes up in the future.

Just had my fall furnace inspection and Excel did a great job. The technician did a great job of explaining everything to me and servicing the furnace. They put in my furnace and AC about 8 years ago and when my daughter's furnace expired last year, they replaced her furnace and AC and did a great job there also. Their honesty and professionalism is unsurpassed!

Matt, Shane and Eric installed our new heat pump and modified our system for us flawlessly today. Scheduling was timely and all three were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is what good customer service should look like!

Technician arrived on time for an AC issue. Explained the issue and my options. Even looked at a related electrical concern I had, at no additional charge. Took time to go over a prior system replacement quote with pros & cons of different options (both technology and price points). Austin went above and beyond the service call request.

We got a new system installed very professional installers. Eric,Matt and Shane did a job well done. I work nights they worked outside my bedroom window while I was sleeping never woke me up. When job was done my husband woke me so I could ask questions. They had everything cleaned up they answered all my questions. Great work guys!!

Excel team of Shane, Erik, and Matt arrived on time. They installed a gas furnace, coil, air conditioner, iwave, and surge protection for us. All old items were removed as well as cleanup of all materials and equipment. Very professional and courteous. They checked the operation (AC and Heat) to assure operating properly.
