Technician arrived on time for an AC issue. Explained the issue and my options. Even looked at a related electrical concern I had, at no additional charge. Took time to go over a prior system replacement quote with pros & cons of different options (both technology and price points). Austin went above and beyond the service call request.

We got a new system installed very professional installers. Eric,Matt and Shane did a job well done. I work nights they worked outside my bedroom window while I was sleeping never woke me up. When job was done my husband woke me so I could ask questions. They had everything cleaned up they answered all my questions. Great work guys!!

Excel team of Shane, Erik, and Matt arrived on time. They installed a gas furnace, coil, air conditioner, iwave, and surge protection for us. All old items were removed as well as cleanup of all materials and equipment. Very professional and courteous. They checked the operation (AC and Heat) to assure operating properly. We are very happy with the new system. I recommend Excel Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.

On July 1st and the 2nd Eric , Sean and May came to the house and installed a new AC unit and cured an over 30 year fiasco with my duct work . We have had 5 different HVAC companies here and none had corrected the problem . Best decision to have Excell come in here and fix the problem. Great experience and the guys were great , friendly and easy to work with and answered all the questions I had . I also have to thank Larry, he was involved. We had 2 HVAC systems replaced. Originally scheduled for 2 days, Excel installed everything in 1 day! Their work was excellent, clean up was great and the install looks great! Would definitely work with them again!

Two very respectful gentlemen from Excel replaced our furnace and heat pump yesterday. They were in and out in one day and cleaned up everything behind them. They even offered to carry in my groceries for me! The lead guy showed us how to register our system online and how to operate our new smart thermostat.
